Name, email, phone number, pickup and destination addresses, flight details, payment information (processed by our payment provider) and any special requests you share with us.
How we use it
To deliver and manage your booking, contact you about your journey, take payment, comply with legal obligations and — with your consent — send service updates or offers.
Who we share it with
Our chauffeurs and dispatch team, payment and SMS/email providers, and law enforcement where required. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for 7 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@s24travel.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
