1. About us
S24 Travel is a private hire operator based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom. By making a booking with us you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings and quotes
All quotes are fixed and inclusive of fuel, parking and meet-and-greet unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed once we issue a reference number by email or SMS.
3. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of booking or, for account customers, on the agreed credit terms. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
4. Cancellations and amendments
Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the booking value. No-shows are charged in full. Amendments are free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup.
5. Waiting time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from landing. All other pickups include 15 minutes' free wait. Additional waiting time is charged at £15 per 15-minute period.
6. Luggage and passengers
You must declare the correct number of passengers and luggage items at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse carriage if the vehicle is overloaded.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of a booking is limited to the value of that booking, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Complaints
Please contact bookings@s24travel.co.uk within 14 days of your journey. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
